The majority of our stock is brand new. We do occasionally sell pre-owned items, which are always clearly labelled in the product title and description with an honest condition rating out of 10 (10 being near new, 1 being heavy wear). Yes, if we don't have your size or model in stock, we can often source it through our network. Contact us at contact@exclusivetrnds.com or via WhatsApp with the item details and your size. Please note that items obtained through sourcing requests are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes, we buy and trade sneakers. If you have a pair you'd like to sell or trade, get in touch with us at contact@exclusivetrnds.com with photos, the size, model, and condition. We'll get back to you with an offer.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. Klarna allows you to buy now and pay later in instalments.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us at contact@exclusivetrnds.com as soon as possible and we will cancel it for you with a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow our standard returns process.

UK Shipping: Standard Delivery (3 to 5 days) is £5.99, Express Delivery (1 to 3 days) is £9.99, and Tracked Next Day (1 to 2 days) is £12.50. Free UK delivery on all orders over £50. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times start from the date of your shipping confirmation email. UK Standard is 3 to 5 days, Express is 1 to 3 days, and Next Day is 1 to 2 days (orders placed before 2PM Mon to Fri only). EU orders take 5 to 7 days and international orders take 10 to 20 days. Many orders arrive earlier than these estimates.

Yes, every order is shipped with a fully tracked service via Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, or DPD. You will receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are double boxed to ensure your purchase arrives undamaged and secure. Footwear is packed inside its original shoe box, which is then placed inside a protective outer shipping box. All shipments are sent with signed-for delivery.

Items can be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags attached. Sale items, electronics, watches, and sourced items are final sale and cannot be returned. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

Email contact@exclusivetrnds.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide instructions. Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Return shipping is at your own cost using a tracked and signed-for service.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you haven't received it after 10 working days, check with your bank first and then contact us.
