SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped using express, fully tracked services, including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and DPD.

We ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times start from the date you receive a shipping confirmation email.

ACCURACY OF ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. TRNDS LTD is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or invalid addresses. If the address provided was correct and your package is lost or delayed, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

UK DELIVERY

Delivery times (from shipping confirmation):
- Express Delivery — £6.50
- Premium Next Day Delivery — £15.50

Next day delivery is only guaranteed on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. While orders often arrive earlier than estimated, please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us.

FREE UK DELIVERY

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50.

INTERNATIONAL AND EU DELIVERY

Delivery times (from shipping confirmation):

- EU orders: 5 to 7 business days
- Non-EU international orders: 10 to 20 business days

Delivery times vary by location. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES

International customers may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. TRNDS LTD is not liable for customs charges or delays caused by unpaid fees. If customs fees are not paid, the order may be returned to us and shipping costs will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For returns from outside the EU, items must be labelled as "Returned Goods – No Commercial Value" to avoid customs fees or delays. TRNDS LTD is not responsible for delays or fees caused by incorrect labelling.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
