Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about exchanges, refunds and returns.

What Can Be Returned?

Items purchased on exclusivetrnds.com are eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day window begins from the date your order was delivered, not the date it was placed.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn

The item must not have been worn, used, washed, or altered in any way. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Original Condition

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging and shoe box where applicable.

Tags Attached

All original tags, labels, and branded packaging must still be attached and intact. Items returned without tags will not be accepted.

Within 14 Days

The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances: sale items, electronic items, watches, and items obtained through sourcing requests. All final sale items are clearly marked at the point of purchase. By completing your purchase of a final sale item, you acknowledge and accept that the item is non-returnable.

How Exchanges & Refunds Work

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. We will then contact you by email to confirm the next steps.

You will have three options:

Refund

Issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of return approval.

Exchange

Swap for a different size or product. Any price difference will be invoiced or refunded.

Store Credit

Receive store credit for the full value of your returned item to use on a future order.

Refund timeline: Once your return has been approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please check with your bank first and then contact us.

Partial refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility criteria (signs of wear, missing tags, damaged packaging), we reserve the right to decline the return or offer a partial refund at our discretion. We will always contact you before making any decision.

Price Adjustments & Exchanges

If you choose to exchange your item for a different size or model, the current price at the time of the exchange will apply. This means:

If the new item costs more: You will be sent an invoice for the price difference. Your exchange will be dispatched once payment is received. Payment must be completed within 14 days of the invoice being issued.

If the new item costs less: The difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

If payment is not received within 14 days: The exchange will be cancelled and your original item will be returned to you at no additional cost.

Availability

If your requested size or model for exchange is unavailable, we will contact you by email to discuss alternative options. You can choose to select a different item, receive store credit, or proceed with a full refund instead.

How to Create a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

Contact Us

Email contact@exclusivetrnds.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm your eligibility and guide you through the next steps.

Pack Your Item

Repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Make sure the item is protected during transit to avoid damage. Do not use the shoe box as the outer packaging.

Ship Your Return

Send your item using a tracked and signed-for delivery service to our returns address below. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been confirmed.

We Inspect & Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 2 to 3 working days. We will then email you to confirm whether your return has been approved and whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Shipping Requirements

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service when returning items. TRNDS LTD is not responsible for returned items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your return has been confirmed by our team.

International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items under the same eligibility criteria. However, please be aware of the following additional requirements:

Import Duties

You will be liable for any import duties or customs charges incurred when we receive your return. These charges will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Exchange Shipping

Additional international shipping costs will apply to exchanges and must be paid before the replacement item is dispatched.

Original Shipping

The original shipping cost from your initial order is non-refundable on all international returns.

Customs Labelling

Returns from outside the EU must be labelled as "Returned Goods, No Commercial Value" on the customs declaration to avoid delays or additional charges.

Important

TRNDS LTD is not responsible for any delays, additional charges, or packages held at customs as a result of incorrect or missing customs labelling on returned items. We strongly recommend using a tracked return service for all international returns.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email contact@exclusivetrnds.com as soon as possible after placing it. We process orders quickly, so please contact us at the earliest opportunity.

Before dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

After dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the standard exchange and refund process outlined above once the item has been delivered.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. This is in addition to your rights under our returns policy.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the item you receive is faulty, not as described, or does not match what was advertised on our website, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the conditions outlined above.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. If you exercise this right, we will refund the full price of the goods including the cost of standard outbound delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
