EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

TRNDS LTD is a UK-registered independent retailer. This policy sets out your rights when returning or exchanging products purchased from exclusivetrnds.com or in-store. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Under UK law, you have the right to return goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose regardless of the timeframes below. If you receive a faulty or misdescribed item, please contact us immediately and we will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your goods in which you may cancel your order for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us in writing at contact@exclusivetrnds.com within the 14-day period.
ELIGIBILITY
Online orders: Items are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of delivery.
In-store purchases: Items are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund within 7 days of purchase.
To qualify, items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
EXCLUSIONS
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded unless faulty or not as described:
- Sale items
- Electronic items
- Watches (including Omega x Swatch)
- Items obtained through sourcing requests
- Sealed collectables (trading card products, booster boxes, tins) where the factory seal has been broken
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Email contact@exclusivetrnds.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps.
2. Package the item securely in its original condition with all tags attached.
3. Send the item to our return address using a tracked and signed-for delivery service:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to proceed with a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of return approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If you paid using Klarna, your Klarna balance will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to Klarna's terms for details on how refunds are handled through their service.
EXCHANGES
If the exchange involves a different size or model with a price difference, you will be invoiced for the additional cost. The exchange will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.
If the price of the item has changed at the time of the exchange, the current price will apply. Payment for any price difference must be completed within 14 days of invoicing. If payment is not received within this period, your original item will be returned to you.
If your requested size or model is unavailable, we will contact you by email to discuss alternative options including a different item, store credit, or refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you are returning an item from outside the United Kingdom:
- You are responsible for any import duties or customs charges incurred when we receive your return.
- Additional shipping costs will apply to international exchanges and must be paid before dispatch.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, email contact@exclusivetrnds.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. You may return the item under this exchange and refund policy once it has been delivered.
PROCESSING TIMES
Returns and exchanges are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@exclusivetrnds.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
